AthenaComm

Comms for your show, on the phones your crew already carry.

AthenaComm is a push-to-talk intercom for theatre, schools, churches, events and touring crews. Start a room, read out the code, and your crew are talking in under 30 seconds.

Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.

Crew join with a code and a name

No account, no invite, no sign-up. Crew type the room code and a name like "LX" or "Deck L", and they're on comms.

One plan, for the host

The person running the show pays. Everyone they bring on comms is covered. Crew never pay.

Built the way a show runs

A big push-to-talk button, or lock your mic on: the stage manager stays open, everyone else pushes to say "copy".

How it works

  1. The host taps Start a room and gets a short code to read out, text, or show as a QR code.
  2. Crew open the app, tap Join a room, and type the code and their name.
  3. Everyone talks. Hold the button to talk, or lock your mic on. The button turns green and says "You are live", so nobody is on air by accident, and everyone sees who is talking.

Made for a long night

Plans

Paid plans have no time limits. Prices are shown in the app and the stores.

Private by design

Audio is never recorded or stored. Rooms are joined only with the code the host shares, and the host can change it or remove anyone. This site has no tracking or analytics. Privacy policy.

Important: AthenaComm runs on phones and venue networks. Never use it as the only channel for flying, rigging, automation, pyrotechnics or any life-safety cue.
